Our blades are Teflon Coated and are supplied with 2 Stainless Steel mounting screws. These blades, when mounted onto a bow type handle, create the ideal tool for slicing fresh hot bread.

Please Note: we have changed our supplier of these blades to keep the price down, we recognize they are not as thick and do not have the same coating as our former blades however they have proven to be quite adequate for the price point we can offer them for. They may not feel as sharp as the former blades however after a few uses the tips are very sharp and we can assure you they are sharp enough to easily slice through your bread.
